easy accesscity centerdelicious food
The metro station is directly across from the hotel. It gave me easy access to the city center and airport. The food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and kind.
Sometimes I could hear noise from the walls it was not a major issue though.

i was a bit disappointed in a few aspects. the shower drain was very slow, so water pooled easily. also, housekeeping didn't service the room or replace towels (i was only there a few nights, but still).

wow, what a spot! the location is super convenient because it is near a metro station. the breakfast buffet was amazing, lots of choices there. the fitness area is also well-equipped with many machines.

the breakfast was acceptable with many different options. it met my needs for a quick start to the day.
the room service was a complete joke. i informed them both online and using their hotel manual, yet my room service request was ignored. three nights i stayed and only once did i get any service. it was awful! the bed sheets were not replaced, and the soap dispenser remained empty. to add insult to injury, i discovered a brand new item of clothing missing when i packed. don't stay here. seriously.

the location was acceptable because the metro station was just across the street.
The room i stayed in was quite small (smaller than expected). the sheets had stains. I requested fresh ones right away. also, there was a silverfish in the sink one morning. It was really disgusting.
